Parking at Beatroute is on the street in front of the building. Please do not park in the adjacent car park as this belongs to Wallacewell Daycare Centre and is needed by their staff, buses and clients. Please also be mindful not to park across resident driveways or block Beatroute’s garden access as this is a fire evacuation route and must be kept clear at all times.

Beatroute allows temporary decorations to be put up on the walls of the main hall using Blu Tack but Sellotape and tacks are not allowed as it damages the walls. Please let our staff know if you are intending to decorate the space when you book the hall.

Beatroute Arts has a fully equipped kitchen with a service hatch into the main hall. The oven is a domestic model which does not support catering for large groups. Beatroute can supply an urn to heat hot water but asks for big groups that you bring disposable cups, plates and cutlery etc. Please be aware that the handling and preparation of food, including ingredients which may cause allergic reaction, is the sole responsibility of the hiring party.

Yes, the Beatroute Art Centre is built over a single-level and is wheelchair accessible. Beatroute Arts has an accessible toilet facility, and where a Changing Places facility is required, we can access the facilities of the Wallacewell Daycare Centre next door. Please note that the Daycare Centre is not open at weekends or in the evening.
